CORT Putnam Furniture is looking for a customer-oriented candidate to join our Boston, MA team. CORT Putnam Furniture is a division of CORT Business Services, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, with over 100 locations coast-to-coast.



Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-2 years of work experience in a Corporate environment
- Selling experience or Customer Service experience - 1 year minimum

Skills and Abilities:

- Energetic and Self-Motivated
- Ability to work with limited supervision and multi-task
- Good time management skills
- Aggressiveness and confident

RESPONSIBILITY: Support all Commercial Account Executives in achieving their monthly/quarterly/annual delivered revenue goals.
RESPONSIBILITY: Sell Commercial rental leases to prospects walking into the showroom.

RESPONSIBILITY: Receive commercial rental phone inquiries and gain commitment to 1) accept furniture delivery 2) receive proposal 4) appointment with outside sales representative or 5) agreement to follow-up at a later time.

RESPONSIBILITY: Cross- Sell all of CORT Business Services. 1) generate leads and cold calling

RESPONSIBILITY: Provide excellent customer service. 1) pick up all in-bound phone calls be the third ring 2) respond to all customer requests promptly and professionally 3) effectively handle all customer requests for add-ons and exchanges 4) effectively handle dissatisfied customers 5) communicate effectively and professionally with all CORT departments.
